The ideal solution for those times when a speed sign is needed to remind motorists of how fast they are going. Typically these carts could be used at a school crosswalk during the time that children are going and coming from school. The cart can be moved easily to any location needed by the school traffic guard (stairs are not a problem either). After the needed time the sign/cart can be moved to a secure location for charging (charger included) until needed again.
