A sample of the standard Auto-TRAX^tmcitation is shown below. The form is automatically generated from the collected traffic data and the "Department of Motor Vehicles" DMV downloaded files. Once data is matched, all the operator has to do is press [Print Citation] and a form is printed, ready for mailing.

As will be noted, there is ample space for a complete description of the driver, his vehicle and the listed offenses. Both a photo of the driver of the vehicle and his license plate are digitally imprinted on the form.
A legal description is included with the name of the municipality customized throughout the form (this customization is included in the base price). Further customization of a citation is available at an additional cost. These Citations may be printed in color as well as black and white.
