The Auto-TRAX ^TM software included with the hardware package is a very robust collection of functions that can handle a wide variety of municipality needs.

Mobile (vehicle) Software...

The mobile software gives a live video view of the approaching vehicle and automatically switches to the front view to photograph the rear (plate) of the violator. Controls are clearly marked and set-up of values by the officer are quick and convenient. The large numeral display is easy to read and understand.

Base Station Software... The Auto-TRAX TM software included with the hardware package is a very robust collection of functions that can handle a wide variety of municipality needs. Along with function, special attention has been paid to color so as to reduce eye strain on the operators. Navigation among the screens is kept to a minimum to speed data input and flow.

DMV/Citations Spanish sample Simple step-by-step instructions are given to transfer data from the mobile source (Police cruiser) to the base station computer. An automatic/manual lookup program then sorts all new data and compares it against the municipalities current DMV (motor vehicle department) records. All matched data is downloaded to the system and photo quality is checked. Data is then ready to be processed as a mailable citation.

Records A complete record of all data input is stored in an Access database for further searching, analysis & study. Data is archived on a regular basis to meet rules of evidence for the municipality. Critical captured data is not modifiable by the users.

Court A complete court reporting module is supplied, including a court scheduler. A printed 'Court Evidence Sheet' is able to be generated on demand for all offenders/court personnel.

Forms/Reports An extensive array of reports and forms are included in the basic package. Additional reports or special forms can be arranged.

Administration Secure set-up and maintenance of the system is available to a designated person in the municipality.
